Guided Meditation
This is exactly what it sounds like: a guided experience into and through a meditative state. Similar to hypnosis, guided meditation can be very beneficial for people who have trouble calming down their own minds or who need some simple tips-and-tricks to engage future meditation sessions.
Be guided through a process of calming by a Buddhist Priest, and learn a few tricks as taught by Dharma. These sessions can be broken down into 15 or 30 minute sessions to start, and can extend longer if there is a strong need!
